(More customer reviews)I absolutely LOVE this recliner, but their "2 year warranty" assurance is such a lie! And their "durable" build quality is a joke. The elastic lacing along the edges of the seat ripped after just 3 months of moderate use - Before u ask, I weigh 175 lb, and I only used the recliner during the weekends (never having jumped on it, or abused it in any way).
I thought, "Hey, it's under warranty!" and called the dealer to get replacement elastic bands. They asked me to contact another number since they did not deal with replacement parts and I obliged. But after trying repeatedly for about 10 days to reach someone at that other number, I finally got to talk to someone, but he promptly asked me to contact yet another number (the warranty department) which was again a number that was apparently never answered. Anyway, after a total of 3 redirections & 15 days of trying to get the right department, I was told by their warranty department that the "2 year warranty" does not cover the elastic lacing, and was given a link to an online store where I could order replacements for $15 + and additional $8 for shipping. I'm now paying 1/4th the price I paid for the actual recliner to get it fixed after having owned it for just 3 months. Happy customer? Yeah, right! >:(
