(More customer reviews)This chair is so uncomfortable for me. It doesn't recline very far. It is somewhat difficult to get the leg support to move up and down. The support bar hits me in the base of the spine and I feel like I'm sliding out of it, but that could be because I'm not quite tall enough for it (I'm 5'4"; one of our friends likes it but he's a little taller). The 'instructions' were just cryptic pictures that we had to decipher so putting it together took way longer than it needed to. The different vibrating massage and heat settings are nice; I really wanted it to work out, but alas, no.
Purchasing through Amazon is easy and I already ordered a different chair from them.
