(More customer reviews)This is the best massage chair I have tried. I have minor scoliosis in my neck area and have chronic muscle knots in my shoulders/neck because of it. So getting regular massages & stretches is a must. One of my favorite features is the stretch feature that I've never seen in the other chairs. It also comes with an additional pad if you want to soften the massage. My family & friends have commented how they wouldn't have known it was a massage chair because it has the look of a regular recliner. So it blends in nicely with my living room furniture.
There are two reasons I didn't give this chair 5 stars. The first is because, if I could add a feature to it, I would add a heating element to it. The second reason is because even though this chair gives a good massage...nothing can substitute for a real massage. This chair comes the closest that I've seen to achieving that goal, though.
