(More customer reviews)My family has 2 human touch massage chairs the 5270 model and the 120 model one motor burned out within 4 years and the other within a year and a half. I was advised by a rep that one of the chairs (5270) was unrepairable the other chair needed a motor replacement and that was going to cost $350. Stay away from this company and its products.
