When you first get this chair out of the box, it looks snazzy and well-built. But then you sit on it. I'm filing this in the "I wish I would have tried it first before buying it and bringing it with me to another country before assembling it" category.
The seat of the chair is large and hard---it feels more like a barely-padded bench. The seat is wide and flat, with hardly any cushion. The seat is so long from front to back that it gets in the way of your knees so that you can't slide back far enough to get any lower back support.
The "knee tilt control" is really just ability of the chair to recline backwards. There is no separate knee adjustment. In its normal position, the knees point downward. You have to use a lot of force to recline the chair backwards, even with the "tension adjustable" knob unscrewed as far as you can. To keep the chair from essentially tilting forward when you release backwards pressure, you can lock the tilt function---but then you can't recline backwards, either.
The "lumbar support" is silly---it's way too high. I tried to pull it down lower, and it actually broke!
The chair has adjustable height, but it doesn't go very high at all.
I wish I could return it, but now it's with me in another country so I'm out of luck. There goes USD$200. I'm rating it two stars because it looks nice; I still can sit in it until I decide whether to bring another chair, and it's probably more comfortable than a stool or a kitchen table chair. (Because the seat is so huge and gives me lower back pain, I'm thinking of even revising that last opinion.)
