(More customer reviews)First, the arms don't lock in, so every time you pull up on them they come out of the chair. It's a lot smaller than it looks, and you have to hold your head up which makes reclining uncomfortable unless you scoot down the chair, which is, of course, uncomfortable too. Once you pull the recliner out to recline, it takes a lot of force to get it back in. Finally, we've seen bigger and nicer recliners at Big Lots for way less.
