Human Touch HT-5320 Robotic Massage Chair Black Review

(More customer reviews)I have to admin this was a bit of an impulse buy to add to my toy collection. But after a bit of buyer-remorse at first, after two months, I'm glad I have this chair. I don't have back problems and I'm not a stressed out person, but it's just nice to sit in this thing after a workout.
First of all, the picture here is not quite right--it's either an older model or a cheaper model. As far as a piece of furniture, the chair looks a bit awkward with mixed in with my other matching black leather sofas and recliner. Not to say it's ugly, but it looks more like James Kirk's captains chair rather than something that belongs in the living room. The overall build quality is excellent.
I think the back rollers may be a bit harsh at first, but are very relaxing when you get used to them. People who try it out always seem to have a look of pain on their faces (and I always make my guests change into a pair of clean socks before sticking their grubby feet into the foot massager). The arm massage straps are pretty much useless in my opinion--it's too much work to put them on.
The biggest downside of this chair is that it is fitted more for people 6 feet and under. I'm 6'2" and can't quite get my legs straight into the footrest without bowing up my legs a little. This causes the hamstring massager to miss the mark a little.
Overall it's a great chair and after two months I still use it daily and see no sign of getting tired of it.

Graco Avalon Glider and Ottoman Review

(More customer reviews)I spent months searching for a new glider/ottoman combo for our new baby, because I wanted a quality chair for less than $200. Found it!
I trusted other reviewers who said this chair was comfortable and was especially sold by its larger dimensions. It took very little time to assemble and matches our other espresso furniture from another company. I plan to nurse in this chair and, at a heavy 9 months pregnant and 5'4", find the arms to be the perfect width and height for it! I can also firmly plant both feet on the ground, which was important. The height of the back of the chair could be a little taller like other chairs, but it is definitely supportive enough in the lower back and high enough for me to rest my head and sleep if necessary. The gliding mechanism is just as they say, very long and smooth- there's no wiggle room in it!
I am so glad I didn't throw away an extra 3 or 4 hundred dollars on another chair! This one is perfect!

It is built very well.....not your cheapo chair....but very afforable considering what we had looked at here locally and in the city for furniture of this kind. We specifically bought this one because it matches our chair and ottoman and couch, but found out it is better quality than what we already had!
It swivels, reclines, and I love the foot rest. This is a chair you could easy adn comfortably take an afternoon snooze in!!!

(More customer reviews)I first tried the foot massage while on vacation and when I got home a bought one a few months later and it feels really good. When I was moving I need a chair and I wanted one that would swivel and when I saw this I new it was what i wanted. It would have been nice in a different color but it really does the trick and doe various form of massage or you can select the type you want and even where you want it. The other nice thing is the foot massager will plug into it so you only need to use 1 wall socket and there is a main power off switch if you are going to be away. When people come to visit and they see it I think they kind of roll their eyes and then once they try it they are ready to get one themselves. Especially when they find out that it does not cost that much more then a regular recliner would.

(More customer reviews)Before I bought this chair, I went to the local store and tried the big dollar Human Touch and Panasonic chairs. They didn't have all the options I wanted and were at least twice as expensive. This chair is way better, more comfortable and out performs the more expensive one's. The company was responsive to my questions and a pleasure to deal with. The massages are wonderful. I've had it 3 weeks now, use it several times a day, and I couldn't be happier. Beware; it's very, very heavy (320 lbs in the box not 500 as someone said). If you have to take it up steps or stairs, leave it in the box and walk it end over end up the steps. I don't know who the other guy bought his chair from, but I bought mine through Beauty Health and got great support. They also have an Ebay store with better prices.

(More customer reviews)Overall, the chair is nice...not the greatest recliner in the world but for the price, its a good buy. Its not easy to assemble. There are not a lot of pieces to assemble...but except for the base, not everything lines up easily. As an example you have to connect the armrests to the chair with three bolts on each side. The holes on the chair and the armrest do not easily line up. Also, the base chair is heavy so it's not easy to maneauver while your trying to line things up. I did this alone, maybe with help it would be easier.

This hour meter is 1000 hours & this will not bother some people, it does me though. This chair can easily get used 3 hours a day by a large family & this will see you through the 1 year parts & labor warrantee. If, like me, you had counted on purchasing an extended 2 year warrantee, you are out of luck. Once the hour meter reads 1000 hours all waranties cease, even your extra cost extended warrantee. I am, to say the least, very disapointed in this warrantee. No one including Panasonic told me of this hidden hour meter before my purchase. Try asking Panasonic about this, no one even has heard of this hidden meter. Panasonic makes qualiy products, it's too bad they pulled a fast one like this.
