(More customer reviews)We purchased this chair in black. The main issues are:
1) the lift lever is very difficult to operate, you have to lean out of the chair sideways to get the leg to go up.
2) the seat is very stiff
3) the angle of the back odd, possibly a pillow at lumbar area and neck area would make it a little more comfortable
4) it wobbles on it's base
Overall, we were immediately disappointed and returned the item.
