When weeks passed and we never received anything and never was contacted by the seller we contacted the seller to see why we hadn't received it. They said they needed to confirm our address and then would ship the item which would be 2 more weeks added to the time we had already waited. Needless to say we said forget it and wanted our money back. These people are quite strange because when we requested our money back they tried to tell me they were going to charge me a restocking fee for the chair! I told them they must be crazy since they didn't even attempt to ship it yet and failed to contact us and they weren't going to keep any of my money. They argued with me for a while and after making threats to report them them decided to give all of my money back. Smart choice! I would never recommend these people to anyone!
