(More customer reviews)I purchased the HT-275 version of this (not from Sharper Image, obviously,) which also includes a width adjustment for the calf/foot massage. This chair is magic. It's attractive, quiet, and has a host of programmable options. The stretch feature alone is worth the price of admission. It has lumbar heat, full-recline, various combinations of massage methods, and users are able to target specific muscle groups. If you just want the chair to take over, it has four pre-programs that cycle through and roll along your entire back and neck.
As the delivery crew said of it: "This right here's the Rolls Royce of massage chairs."
