(More customer reviews)I purchased a factory refurbished model of this chair that arrived
defective. The chair turns on, the rollers sometimes work and the other features don't work at all. The warranty covers parts only and due to the nature of the problem, which I was told is a big problem with the 100 models, the part is on backorder. I wouldn't buy another ijoy 100.
