(More customer reviews)The chair arrived quickly. Assembly was easy, and the needed tool was supplied. To make the chair truly comfortable for daily desk use I wold need more adjustment capabilities. The arm & head rests are fixed, and too low. Lumbar support is minimal. I need to straddle the foot rest to open it; a side lever would alleviate that awkwardness. I also find the support doesn't extend as far or as high as I would like it. That said, it beats pulling out the file drawer to put up my feet, and in the partially-reclined position, I can work for hours at my monitor with the keyboard comfortably in my lap. I'd recommend it, especially for a mixed-use home office. Shop around, though. This is the same OFM-680 chair that I've seen elsewhere for significantly less.
