(More customer reviews)Where to begin. The box comes with no real instructions, just a grainy picture with screw locations. After being assembled, the chairs would not recline. When we called the company, the representative had no chair or even a PICTURE of the chair in front of him. Turns out they are the distributor, not the manufacturer; since the factory was on another continent, he could only guess at what was wrong with the chair. He actually asked me to send a digital picture of the chair to him. When we finally gave up and asked for a refund, he said that was not possible because the chair was already assembled. Needless to say, we recommend that you not buy this product or any other from this company. YOU WILL ONLY ENCOUNTER HEADACHES. Amazon has a responsibility to its customers to stop doing business with this company immediately.
