(More customer reviews)The delivery was on time and extremely secure. Lots of packing materials to ensure there were no scratches or dings. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was that the wood on the chair was not the deep color of wood that is displayed in the picute. The wood is much lighter...maybe it will darken over time. Over all we love the chair.
