(More customer reviews)This is a well made chair & works well. That said this chair has a hidden hour meter that superceds all time limits & even an extended warrantee if you purchase one. This hour meter is 1000 hours & this will not bother some people, it does me though. This chair can easily get used 3 hours a day by a large family & this will see you through the 1 year parts & labor warrantee. If, like me, you had counted on purchasing an extended 2 year warrantee, you are out of luck. Once the hour meter reads 1000 hours all waranties cease, even your extra cost extended warrantee. I am, to say the least, very disapointed in this warrantee. No one including Panasonic told me of this hidden hour meter before my purchase. Try asking Panasonic about this, no one even has heard of this hidden meter. Panasonic makes qualiy products, it's too bad they pulled a fast one like this.

Mac Motion Glider Chair with Ottoman, Chocolate Colored Microfiber Review

(More customer reviews)I have had this chair for 1 week and am very dissappointed in its quality and comfort. This chair is made in China, the assembly instructions were all pictorial and very difficult to understand. The manufacturing tolerences were very poor with over a half inch gap between the back of the chair and the seat. The bolt connecting the back rest to the main mechanism pulled out due to bad threading. (The bolt was supplied by the manufacturer). The inserts that go in to the metal tubing fell out and were improperly installed by the manufacturer. The gliding mechanism has a clicking sound when used.
Overall I would not recommend this product.

Rocker In Dark Oak Finish Review

(More customer reviews)This chair is not a good purchase. It was delivered by FedEx in a cardboard cartoon that was all wet and held together by tape. I spent all morning trying to figure out the directions that were obviously printed in a Chinese factory. Many of the parts look alike, so you have to guess what goes where. Then, after the chair was assembled, I sat in it and the back gave way. There was not enough glue on the dowels that held the back to the seat. There seems to be no way to fix that fault. I went to the hardware store for some "L" braces but those did not work, either. It sits in my bedroom taking up space. I wish I could get my $200 back, but I have no way of returning the chair. The box it came in is mush. Stay away from this one.

I purchased two of the Kids Recliners for Christmas presents. I was not sure they would be delivered on time
but I have to say the people at CSN were great, I email them and they were FAST to reply and even gave me their
personal office number to check back with them if need be. I have not had this kind of customer service in years.
The chairs are so much more than the one's I have seen around in town. They are sturdy, and just as cute as they
can be.
I can not give enough praise for the staff I spoke with and talked with though emails I would recommend CSN Store
to anyone.
I have shopped through Amazon for a few years and so far I have no complaints. They have been wonderful, and the
price is much better here than any place I have found.
Great place to shop.

You've seen the one I'm talking about; the black one that has the ottoman, which takes up more floor space.

Stretch Sullivan Recliner Slipcover - Taupe Review

(More customer reviews)The color looks just like the color on the screen. I think it has kind of a green look. Kind of a Kahki. THE FABRIC IS WONDERFUL. It is soft and cuddly. I thought it was going to be thin from other reviews I had read but it feels like winter knit pants to me. It probably will snag but not like I thought. It sounded to me like a million snags would occur but if dogs get their toenails stuck, it will probably snag. An adult just sitting in it I don't think it would snag. I had a cotton slipcover before and it was a night mare for getting to fit and stay. Putting this on required that I get on the floor to tie the ties. But the ties are an asset because it will help hold the slip cover in place. I feel this is much much better than the cotton duck. I am thinking of ordering an additional slip cover to cover the seat. If you sew that would be no problem. I think it would make it look even better. I have a large lazy boy, well I thought it was large, but this cover is a little too big all over. Maybe it will shrink when I wash it in hot water and put it through the dryer. I plan to add an extra set of tie right behind the foot piece because my recliner is not square on the bottom. It gets smaller. The slipcover smelled nice on arrival. It didn't have any smell at all. Some fabrics have a smell but this didn't. I am picky and always looking for faults, so I find them. If you are easy going you will love this. If you want a professional fit it can be done with a little effort. As any generic cover this is not perfect.

It is stuffed with a type of foam that leaves a dent for a while after you sit or put your feet on the stool. It does rock and swivel smooth enough, but the recline could be easier. Fairly easy to put together.
Edit!!!! I have had the chair for less than a year, and now the chair is BROKEN! I called ATHOMEMART to get a replacement and he said "I chose to do nothing". At Home Mart will NOT stand behind their products! DO NOT BUY FROM At Home Mart!!!!!!!
